- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de la Sala Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, del dia 10 de diciembre de 1996, por medio de la cual se revoco la sentencia de la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Medellin y se nego la tutela impetrada por el senor Felix Correa Maya.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR, por los argumentos expuestos en esta providencia, la sentencia de primera instancia de la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Medellin, del dia 30 de octubre de 1996, en el sentido de ordenarle al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil Especializado del Circuito de Medellin que profiera la resolucion que corresponda en derecho para la peticion de rehabilitacion impetrada por el senor Felix Correa Maya.
- Tercero. LIBRESE por Secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
