- Primero. CONFÍRMASE la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Civil, de fecha 9 de febrero de 1995, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, mediante la cual se tutelaron los derechos de los menores ubicados en el Centro de Emergencia Villa Javier, Centro bajo la responsabilidad del ICBF, Regional Bogotá, en la tutela solicitada por la Procuradora Delegada para la Defensa del Menor y la Familia.
- Segundo. COMUNÍQUESE la presente decisión al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, para que sea notificada a las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
