- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, el 10 de diciembre de 2002, y en su lugar CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el 15 de noviembre de 2002, por la Sala de Casacion Civil y Agraria de la misma Corporacion.
- Segundo. Para los efectos dispuestos en esta providencia, PRESTESE por la parte demandante en el proceso de accion revocatoria concursal, la colaboracion necesaria, a fin de que se pueda dar tramite a la demanda.
- Librense por Secretaria, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
