- Primero. CONFIRMAR en su integridad el fallo proferida en segunda instancia por la Sala de Casacion Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
- Segundo. SOLICITAR al contratista, para que de acuerdo al acta de compromiso firmada por el, ejecute a la mayor brevedad posible las obras necesarias en la urbanizacion de INVIYUMBO para solucionar los inconvenientes ya anotados, sin que ello afecte la calidad de las obras a realizar.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR esta providencia a la Sala de Decision Constitucional del Tribunal Superior de Cali, para los efectos contemplados en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
