PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Cuarto. Penal Municipal de Ibague, el 26 de agosto de 2003, dentro de la tutela instaurada por Julio Cesar Hernandez Linares, en calidad de agente oficioso de su senora madre Doralice Linares, contra Salud Total E.P.S., por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
TERCERO. LIBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
