Con la presente acción de tutela pretende el actor que se ordene el reconocimiento de la nueva Junta Directiva de ASEINPEC en la cual funge como Vicepresidente, así como la entrega del depósito de los aportes por concepto de cuotas ordinarias en la cuenta del sindicato, que el Banco Popular permita el registro de las firmas del nuevo presidente y vicepresidente y que se ordene la concesión de permisos sindicales. .
La Sala de Revisión confirma las decisiones de instancia que declararon la IMPROCEDENCIA del amparo constitucional deprecado.
