- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del quince (15) de junio de 2000, proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela al señor JOSE ARTURO MONSALVE MONSALVE y en consecuencia, ordenar Al Sistema de Información de Salud de Antioquia, que preste oportunamente toda la atención requerida por el accionante de acuerdo con los resultados de los exámenes médicos que le fueron practicados: Eco Renal y de vías urinarias, hemograma completo, Glicemia, Bun, Creatinina, Urocultivo, E.K.G. y RX de tórax P-A.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, líbrese la comunicación a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
