- Segundo. COMUNÍQUESE la presente sentencia al Juzgado Setenta y Cuatro (74) Penal del Circuito de Bogotá, para que sea notificada a las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
