CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Sala Laboral, el veintidós (22) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995), que a su vez confirmó la proferida por el Juzgado Dieciséis Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, el once (11) de octubre del mismo año.
- SEGUNDO. LIBRENSE, por Secretaría, las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
