- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia de noviembre 9 de 1992, proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo del Tolima.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR al Gerente Regional del Instituto de Reforma Agraria, INCORA, seccional Tolima, la realización de los estudios socioeconómicos y jurídicos tendientes a la constitución de uno o varios resguardos sobre el predio CHICUAMBE en la jurisdicción de Ortega, Tolima, dentro de los estrictos y precisos términos establecidos en la ley, el cual fuera entregado materialmente al Cabildo de la Comunidad de Paso Ancho.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación al Tribunal Administrativo del Tolima con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
