Primero. Promiscuo de Familia La Dorada - Caldas, en la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Aleida Castaño Vda. de Tangarife, contra Seguro Social EPS Seccional Caldas, y mediante la cual se negó la acción de tutela de la referencia.
Segundo. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
