- PRIMERO. Revocar en todas sus partes la Sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de San José de Cúcuta, Sala Civil, del 21 de octubre de 1.994.
- SEGUNDO. Denegar la tutela solicitada por Nancy Luna Quiroz, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- TERCERO. Ordenar al Inspector
- Primero. Civil de Policía de San José de Cúcuta que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente Sentencia, proceda a restituír a la señora Maritza Leonor Pérez Ramírez la posesión del inmueble situado en la Diagonal Santander No. 5E-24, Manzana "E", de la Urbanización Rosetal.
- CUARTO. Comunicar la presente providencia al Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de San José de Cúcuta para los efectos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
