Primero. CONFIRMAR, pero por los motivos expuestos en esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por la SALA CIVIL DEL TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DEL DISTRITO JUDICIAL DE PAMPLONA, de fecha 31 de mayo de 2000, que negó por improcedente la acción de tutela de la referencia, y el fallo proferido el 29 de junio de 2000 por la SALA LABORAL DE LA CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA, que confirmó esa decisión.
Segundo. Por Secretaria general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
