- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia del (7) siete de junio del 2000 proferida por el Juzgado
- Décimo. Laboral del Circuito de Santiago de Cali, pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a la Subsecretaría de Recursos Humanos, de la Gobernación del Valle del Cauca, para que en lo sucesivo, no repita la omisión que produjo la violación del derecho de petición que originó la presente acción.
