- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil Municipal de Santa Marta el 29 de noviembre de 1994 y en su lugar se dispone TUTELAR los derechos a la seguridad social, a la salud y a la vida del accionante por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia. En consecuencia se ordena al INSTITUTO DE SEGUROS SOCIALES -Seccional Magdalena- a prestar al señor MIGUEL ANGEL IBARGUEN RIVAS los servicios médicos que requiera en su condición de afiliado a esa entidad, y a suministrarle los medicamentos indispensables que se le formulen por parte del mismo.
- SEGUNDO. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos contemplados en esa norma.
