- Primero. CONFIRMAR integramente la Sentencia de tutela de mayo 8 del 2000 proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota, que a su vez modifico parcialmente la Sentencia de 14 de marzo del 2000 dictada por el Juzgado Veintiuno Penal del Circuito de Bogota, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por el Defensor del Pueblo, Regional Bogota, en nombre y representacion de la senora MARIA DEL PILAR DE NARVAEZ DE TORRES contra el Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, Seccional Bogota.
- Segundo. LIBRESE por Secretaria la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
