- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Consejo de Estado, Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, Seccion Cuarta, el 4 de febrero del 2000 y el Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia, Sala Cuarta de Decision, el 4 de noviembre de 1999. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela impetrada por Diego Fernando Arboleda Jaramillo.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota, el 21 de febrero de 2000 dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por Diego Fernando Arboleda Jaramillo contra el Ministerio de Educacion Nacional.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
