- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del 27 de junio de 2001, mediante la cual la Sala de Decisión Penal del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Armenia, al confirmar el fallo de primera instancia, concedió el amparo solicitado por el ciudadano Ruben Dario García Rodríguez. En consecuencia, no se concede la tutela solicitada por el accionante.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
