- Octavo. Penal del Circuito de Bogotá el 23 de febrero de 2000, providencia que, en segunda instancia, confirmó la sentencia de 17 de enero del mismo año, originaria del Juzgado Cuarenta y Ocho Penal Municipal de Bogotá, que denegó la acción de tutela promovida por el ciudadano Hernán José Mogollón Bacca, a que se refiere la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
