- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones indicadas en precedencia, el fallo adoptado por el Juzgado
- Noveno. Civil Municipal de Medellín el 28 de junio de 2001, mediante el cual decidió denegar la tutela impetrada por MARÍA DEL SOCORRO QUIROZ DE ÁLVAREZ.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que, una vez regrese el expediente al juzgado de instancia, se expidan fotocopias del presente fallo y del oficio mediante el cual el Secretario Seccional de Salud de Antioquia respondió a la demanda de tutela (folios 9 a 11), y se entreguen personalmente o se hagan llegar por el medio más expedito a la accionante MARÍA DEL SOCORRO QUIROZ DE ÁLVAREZ, para los fines indicados en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, se libren las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
