Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones consignadas en esta providencia, la sentencia del JUZGADO
PRIMERO. CIVIL DEL CIRCUITO de la ciudad de Honda Tolima, que negó la acción de tutela de la referencia, proferida el 14 de marzo de 2000 y la sentencia de la SALA CIVIL DEL TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DE IBAGUE, fechada el 14 de abril de 2000, que confirmó dicha decisión.
Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.

No Les Asiste Razón A Los Solicitantes Cuando Aducen Que La Tutela Efectuó Un Pronunciamiento Sobre El Artículo 27 Del Decreto 1421 De 1993. Negada
