CONFIRMAR íntegramente las sentencias de tutela de fechas 15 de marzo del 2000 de la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá (Expediente T-312454); y de 21 de marzo del 2000 de la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá (Expediente T-315098), que, a su vez, revocaron las decisiones de tutela dictadas por los Juzgado Dieciocho Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá de 22 de febrero del 2000, y de 4 de febrero del año 2000 del Juzgado
