- R E SU E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de primera instancia proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca en la tutela de José Leonel Quiñónez Quiñónez.
- Segundo. Remitir copia de este fallo a COLDEPORTES para que en su labor de inspección y vigilancia determine lo pertinente en cuanto al hecho de que el particular Siervo Peña Pinzón, directamente o por intermedio de su empresa comercial "Creaciones Irma" estén celebrando contrato de cesión de derechos deportivos de José Leonel Quiñónez.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría se librará la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos del caso.
