- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 12 de julio de 2001 por la Subsección D de la Sección Segunda del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, por la cual se denegó el amparo deprecado por Gonzalo Perdomo Cabrera.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil, que en el plazo de tres (3) días, contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, suministre y entregue al señor Gonzalo Perdomo Cabrera la información y documentos que sean necesarios para promover, de acuerdo con la ley, las acciones judiciales a que haya lugar. Debiendo el actor sufragar el costo de las copias que lo justifiquen, según términos del artículo 17 de la ley 57 de 1985.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
