CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Veinticuatro Civil del Circuito el 13 de febrero de 2004 mediante la cual se negó la tutela impetrada por César Augusto González Bernal en representación de Carmen Edith Martínez Gómez, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
  2. Segundo. Por Secretaria General, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
  3. Tercero. Levantar los términos suspendidos mediante Auto del 17 de junio de 2004.
