- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida del Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil Municipal de Manizales, de fecha 12 de octubre de 2001, mediante la cual no se concedió la tutela.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela a la señora María Celina Marulanda Marulanda, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo. En consecuencia, se ORDENA al Gerente del Hospital de Caldas E.S.E. de Manizales que, dentro del plazo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, se paguen los salarios debidos a la peticionaria, y que han dado lugar a la presente tutela, si es que ello no se ha efectuado.
- TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
