  1. Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos del 3º de abril de 2000 del Juzgado
  2. Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Barrancabermeja (Expediente T-319870) y del 4º de abril de 2000 del Juzgado 4º Civil Municipal de Barrancabermeja (Expediente T-320165), que negaron la tutela solicitada por los actores.
  3. Segundo. CONFIRMAR parcialmente la sentencia del Juzgado 1º Penal del Circuito de Barrancabermeja del 31 de marzo de 2000 (Expediente T-319877), en cuanto negó la tutela solicitada por la actora Marlene Tovar de Moreno, y REVOCAR el numeral
  4. segundo. de esa sentencia que ordenó al Director del Hospital "San Rafael" cancelar los sueldos a todos los trabajadores en el término de dos (2) meses calendario, con prelación a cualquier otra obligación, tan pronto haya flujo de caja.
  5. Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
