(5deg) Penal Municipal de Barrancabermeja el 25 de julio de dos mil tres, en el cual nego la tutela interpuesta por Jorge Perez Zea a favor de su companera permanente, Elis Porto Granados, contra SaludCoop E.P.S; y prevenir a SaludCoop E.P.S. para que responda oportunamente a las peticiones que en el futuro le presente Elis Porto Granados, incluida la referente a su afiliacion.
