- Primero. CONFIRMASE PARCIALMENTE la sentencia del veinticuatro (24) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997), proferida por el Juzgado 10 Laboral del Circuito de Medellin. Por las razones expresadas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, se modifica el numeral
- segundo. de dicha sentencia. En consecuencia, aclara que la orden a la Caja Nacional de Prevision era la de resolver sobre la reliquidacion de la pension. Y como ya esta orden fue cumplida, no hay lugar a ninguna orden adicional.
- Segundo. LIBRENSE por la Secretaria General de la Corte, las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 de 1991, para los fines alli previstos.
