- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del veinte (20) de junio de 2001, proferida por el Juzgado Cuarenta y dos Civil Municipal de Bogotá, en el caso del señor Jorge López Moreno. Y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela que ha dado origen al presente fallo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que en el término de cinco (5) días la Empresa Telectrónica Ltda. pague al peticionario Jorge López Moreno los salarios adeudados, si es que ello no se ha efectuado. Y PREVENIR para que en adelante se paguen oportunamente dichos salarios.
- TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
