- PRIMERO. MODIFICAR la sentencia del 21 de marzo del 2000 proferida por el Juzgado 2deg Penal del Circuito de Popayan dentro de la accion de tutela promovida por Gloria Stella Hidalgo Ortiz contra la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela y ORDENAR que dentro del plazo de 48 horas se profiera la respectiva Resolucion segun los principios constitucionales, la ley y las pruebas que obren en el expediente.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
