- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de segunda instancia, proferido por la Sala Tercera de Decisión del Tribunal Administrivo del Huila el veinticuatro (24) de junio de dos mil siete y, en su defecto, CONFIRMAR el fallo de primera instancia, proferido por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. (4º) Administrativo de Neiva el quince (15) de junio de dos mil siete (2007).
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Entidad Promotora de Servicios en Salud Salud Total S.A., que autorice el suministro del medicamento lamotrigina, 100 mgrs, de acuerdo con las dosis, y durante el tiempo determinado por el médico tratante.
- Tercero. SEÑALAR que a Salud Total EPS S.A. le asiste el derecho de repetir lo que pague en cumplimiento de este fallo ante la subcuenta respectiva del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (Fosyga).
- Cuarto. DÉSE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
