Civil del Circuito de Chaparral y el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Ibagué, Sala Civil - Familia, los días 16 de junio y 28 de julio de 2004, dentro de la acción de tutela interpuesta por Celmira Pinillos de Sánchez y otro contra el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Planadas y en su lugar, RECHAZAR por improcedente la tutela impetrada.
- SEGUNDO. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
