- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala Civil el 19 de julio de 2000 y en su lugar NEGAR la tutela por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva del presente fallo.
- Segundo. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
