- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Sincelejo, Sucre, de fecha octubre 14 de 1994, por medio de la cual no se tutela el derecho fundamental al debido proceso, invocado por el doctor Alfonso Urzola Rebollo, Defensor del Pueblo, en favor de los estudiantes LIBY MEDINA ORTEGA, JUAN FIGUEROA HERNANDEZ y ANA ROMERO CONTRERAS, razón por la cual el señor Rector de la Universidad de Sucre, se abstendrá de autorizar la matrícula en la Práctica Docente II a los anteriores estudiantes.
- Segundo. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos contemplados.
