  1. PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Juzgado 26 Civil Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá, proferida el veintidos (22) de agosto del mil novecientos
  2. noventa y cuatro (1994) en la acción de tutela de la referencia; teniéndose en cuenta los razonamientos hechos en la parte motiva de esta sentencia de Revisión.
  3. SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la secretaría General de esta Corporación se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado 26 Civil Municipal de esta ciudad para las notificaciones y efectos previstos en los artículos 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
  4. TERCERO. Envíese copia de esta sentencia al Defensor del Pueblo, al DAMA y a la Oficina para la prevención de emergencias del Distrito Capital.
