- Primero. Revocar los fallos proferidos por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Valledupar y Juzgado 4o. Civil del Circuito de la misma ciudad, por los cuales se denego la tutela de los derechos invocados en su demanda por la senora Sandra Arevalo Quintero. En consecuencia, se Concede el amparo de los derechos invocados por Sandra Arevalo Quintero y como consecuencia de ello se, Ordena al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales realizar las gestiones necesarias para llevar a efecto el Procedimiento Quirurgico requerido por la actora, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de la presente providencia.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
