Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por el Consejo de Estado, mediante el cual se revocó el fallo de primera instancia denegando la protección de los derechos invocados por la accionante.
Segundo. Conceder la protección de los derechos constitucionales fundamentales de la accionante, a la vida, a la subsistencia, a la seguridad social y Ordenar al Gerente de la Caja de Previsión Social de Boyacá - Fondo Territorial de Pensiones de Boyacá que, si todavía no lo ha hecho, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, proceda a cancelar las mesadas pensionales que se le adeudan a la actora, previos los trámites administrativos y presupuestales a que haya lugar.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
