- Primero. DECLARAR CUMPLIDA la exigencia constitucional del articulo 167 de la Carta, en relacion con la Sentencia C-088 de 2001, y por lo tanto EXEQUIBLE el proyecto de ley No. 67/99 Senado - 193/99 Camara, tal y como quedo modificado por el Congreso, respecto de las cuestiones analizadas.
- Segundo. Disponer que se remita el proyecto al Presidente de la Republica para la correspondiente sancion.
