Procedimiento en los juicios del trabajo.
Limites a la prueba de testigos.para los demandantes la norma acusada vulnera los articulos 13 29 y 94 de la constitucion politica.vigencia de la norma demandada.
Con posterioridad a la presentacion de la demanda pero antes de la fecha del presente fallo la norma demandada fue objeto de modificacion legal mediante la expedicion de la ley 1149 del 13 de julio de 2007.
El nuevo texto del articulo 53 se encuentra contenido en el articulo 8º de la nueva ley siendo del caso advertir que este no reproduce el segmento demandado.en el presente caso los cargos de la demanda no satisfacen los requisitos de certeza.
