Demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra el artículo 23 parágrafo 2 parcial y el artículo 54 numeral 5 parcial de la Ley 1015 de 2006, por medio de la cual se expide el Régimen Disciplinario para la Policía Nacional.
Aduce el demandante que las normas impugnadas son contrarias al artículo 29 de la Carta Política, en tanto desconocen la garantía propia del debido proceso en su componente del juez natural.
La Corte encontró ausencia de certeza, suficiencia, especificidad y pertinencia en el cargo de inconstitucionalidad formulado y por ello se declaró INHIBIDA para emitir pronunciamiento de fondo, por ineptitud sustantiva de la demanda.
