Revisión oficiosa de las objeciones gubernamentales al proyecto de ley número 39/09 Senado y 306/10 Cámara, por medio de la cual se rinde homenaje a la vida y obra del maestro de la música vallenata Leandro Díaz.
Con la presente sentencia la Corte declara cumplida la exigencia del artículo 167 de la Constitución.
La Sala verificó que el Congreso de la República cumplió en debida forma con lo ordenado en la sentencia C-764/13, en cuanto a rehacer e integrar las disposiciones del precitado proyecto, excluyendo los artículos 6º y 7º declarados inexequibles.
