- Declarar INEXEQUIBLES las expresiones "de categoría especial, primera y segunda" y "en los demás municipios será el setenta por ciento (70%) del salario mensual del respectivo alcalde" contenidas en el artículo 159 de la ley 136 de junio 2 de 1994.
