Revisión de constitucionalidad del Decreto Legislativo 805 de 2020, por medio del cual se crea un aporte económico temporal de apoyo a los trabajadores de las notarías del país en el marco del Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica.
Luego de analizar el precitado Decreto la Corte que la ayuda económica temporal decretada en ella cumple con los requisitos formales y materiales establecidos por la Constitución y la Ley Estatutaria de los Estados de Excepción.
Consecuentemente con lo anterior, lo declaró EXEQUIBLE.
