- PRIMERO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE el articulo 50 de la Ley 35 de 1989.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLES los siguientes apartes del inciso 2deg del articulo 51 de la Ley 35 de 1989: "La propaganda se manifiesta en contra del odontologo que la emplea y disminuye el aprecio publico hacia la profesion". "El uso de propaganda de cualquier clase que ella sea, es incompatible con este precepto".
