- RESUELVE:
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresión "con base en el sueldo promedio de los últimos tres años de servicios", contenida en el artículo 4º de la ley 171 de 1961, bajo la condición de que se entienda que el sueldo promedio de los tres últimos años de servicio, que sirve de base para la liquidación de la pensión, debe ser actualizado en la forma indicada en el art. 21 de la ley 100/93.
