R E S U E LV E
Primero. Declarar la EXEQUIBILIDAD CONDICIONADA del inciso 2deg del articulo 2deg de la Ley 48 de 1962, como fue modificado por los articulos 2deg de la Ley 83 de 1968 y 3deg de la Ley 53 de 1978, en los terminos de las consideraciones 10 y 19 de la parte motiva de la presente Sentencia.
Segundo. Declarar la EXEQUIBILIDAD CONDICIONADA del articulo 2deg de la Ley 83 de 1968, en los terminos de la consideracion 19 de la parte motiva de la presente Sentencia.
Tercero. Declarar la EXEQUIBILIDAD CONDICIONADA del articulo 3deg de la Ley 53 de 1978, en los terminos de la consideracion 19 de la parte motiva de la presente Sentencia.
Cuarto. La presente Sentencia tiene efectos hacia el futuro y cobija solamente situaciones juridicas que ocurran con posterioridad a su ejecutoria.
