- PRIMERO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE la expresion "libre" del inciso
- primero. del articulo 20 de la ley 119 de 1994 "por la cual se reestructura el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA, se deroga el decreto 2149 de 1992 y se dictan otras disposiciones", con la ADVERTENCIA de que los directores regionales del SENA son de libre remocion del Director General.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar igualmente INEXEQUIBLES el numeral 2 del articulo 19 y el inciso 1o. del articulo 21 de la ley 119 de 1994.
