Revisión de Constitucionalidad.

Como quiera que el fundamento jurídico de la norma que se revisa es el Decreto 020 de 2011, por el cual se declaró el Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica en todo el territorio nacional , que fue declarado inexequible por la Corte Constitucional en la sentencia C-216/11, se configura el fenómeno jurídico denominado Inexequibilidad por Consecuencia, por la desaparición de la norma que daba soporte al desarrollo del Decreto analizado.
