Revisión de constitucionalidad del Decreto legislativo No 4976 de 2009, “Por el cual se expiden medidas excepcionales con el fin de liberar recursos que permitan garantizar la continuidad en la prestación de los servicios de salud de la población beneficiaria y de dictan otras disposiciones”.
La Corte decide declarar la inconstitucionalidad por consecuencia al haber desaparecido del ordenamiento el fundamento jurídico que sirvió de sustento a la expedición del Decreto Legislativo revisado, por lo tanto se decide declararlo Inexequible.
